At Empowered Souls Rising, we deeply value the emotional investment women make when choosing healing resources, transformational experiences, courses, memberships, retreats, and educational offerings.

Because many of our products are digital, downloadable, emotionally immersive, and immediately accessible upon purchase, the following refund policies apply.

By purchasing any product, course, membership, retreat, or service from Empowered Souls Rising, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

This includes:

  • Journaling workbooks

  • PDFs

  • Digital guides

  • Downloadable resources

  • Meditation downloads

  • Templates

  • Printable materials

  • E-books

  • Digital healing tools

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital purchases.

Workbook Series Purchases

All Empowered Souls Rising workbook series purchases are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

This includes:

  • Untangling the Heart

  • Breaking the Cycle

  • The Hidden Toll

  • Warrior Rising

  • Alchemy of the Heart

  • The Elevated Partnership Compass

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Online Courses & Programs

Due to the educational and digital nature of online programs and course materials, all course sales are final unless otherwise specifically stated on the sales page.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • you are responsible for completing all remaining payments

  • failure to complete payments may result in suspended access

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent removal from future programs, memberships, and offerings.

Memberships

THRIVE at the Temple & Recurring Memberships

Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

However:

  • no partial refunds will be issued for unused time

  • no refunds will be provided for previous membership payments

  • canceling stops future billing only

Once a membership payment has processed, that billing cycle is considered final.

EMERGE Magazine Subscription

EMERGE subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal period.

Due to the digital nature of the content:

  • refunds are not provided for current or past billing periods

  • cancellation prevents future renewals only

Retreat Deposits & Retreat Payments

Retreat spaces are limited and require extensive planning, accommodations, scheduling, and reservation commitments.

For this reason:

Retreat Deposits

All retreat deposits are non-refundable.

Retreat Payments

Unless otherwise stated in a specific retreat agreement:

  • payments made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable

  • no refunds are provided for missed attendance

  • no refunds are provided for travel interruptions, illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unused portions of the retreat

If Empowered Souls Rising cancels a retreat, participants may be offered:

  • a refund

  • transfer credit

  • rescheduling options

depending on the circumstances.

Additional retreat-specific agreements may apply.

Emotional Reset Travel Planning Services

Due to the time, research, planning, and customization involved in Emotional Reset Travel experiences:

  • planning fees are non-refundable

  • completed itinerary work is non-refundable

  • travel bookings are subject to the policies of the third-party travel provider, hotel, airline, or experience partner

Empowered Souls Rising is not responsible for:

  • airline cancellations

  • weather disruptions

  • travel delays

  • vendor issues

  • third-party booking policies

Unauthorized Sharing & Access Violations

If a customer is found:

  • sharing membership access

  • distributing course materials

  • reproducing workbook content

  • violating intellectual property rights

access may be revoked immediately without refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting Empowered Souls Rising for support:

  • access to products and services may be revoked

  • future purchases may be restricted

We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding concerns before initiating disputes.
